Dear Parent / Carer
I hope this update finds you and your family well.
As we head towards the end of the summer term it is traditionally a time to celebrate student successes and recognise their hard work. This year we wish to continue the tradition, on Monday the Heads of School will write to students to let them know about our plans for the remaining weeks of the term. This will include information relating to student reports, celebration events and certificates of achievement.
A formal timeline of events will be sent to you next week once we have fully identified the rota for students returning to the school site. The intention as outlined last week is to ensure we maintain current social distancing protocols, with an anticipated maximum number of 25 students attending each day.
Attached for your information is the final ratified version of the COVID-19 School Protocols, this has also been published on our website. As the lockdown is eased, we will review and amend our practices in line with the guidance provided by Public Health England, Central and Local Government.
If you do have any concerns regarding then ongoing support for your child, please raise these with the Form Tutor in the first instance and if necessary, a member of the Senior Leadership Team will get back to you.
I wish you all a restful weekend
Mr Steven Ackerley - Executive Headteacher
