What to do if you have a problem with your student laptop?

It is important that you are able to work using your student laptop.

If there is a problem with your laptop, please try restarting it - go to the start menu Startmenu, click on the power icon Powerbutton  and select 'restart'. This solves many common problems.

If you need additional help:

phone the IT Office on 01892 335415 between 9am and 3pm or
email itservicedesk@broomhill-bank.kent.sch.uk

Resource Packs for learning at home

For students working at home, our teachers have created resource packs.

A resource pack is a package of documents that include instructions, guidance, online links and documents to help students work effectively when they are outside of school.

The resources will be updated often so make sure you check often to keep up to date.
Please consider bookmarking this page for your own convenience.

There are general resources that all students can use and there are specific resources for West site students and North site students that are categorised by year group.
